The specific WOW ME products shown on this Website may not be available for distribution or sale outside the U.S. You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States or any of its territories to use the Services. Minors under the age of majority in their jurisdiction but who are at least 13 years of age may only use the Services if their parent or guardian accepts these Terms on their behalf before use. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

6. RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At WOW ME, we are committed to offering products that both you and your little one will love. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package promptly. If you notice any damages or missing items, report the issue to us within 5 business days by emailing hello@wowme.us. Provide detailed descriptions and photos of any problems to help us address your concerns properly.

To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original barcode tag

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email once we process your return request. You are eligible to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Please be aware that returns that do not comply with our policy cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer support team at hello@wowme.us with a photo of the damage or incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number, and we will get back to you.

8. USER SUBMISSIONS

By submitting content to the Website (such as reviews, comments, images, etc.), you grant VIA VICTORIA, DBA (doing business as WOW ME) a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any content posted by you or any third party. User submissions do not represent the views of WOW ME.
